Make a New Year's resolution to Pay It Forward in 2010. Whether mental health issues have affected you or someone you care about, by starting a Recovery International or RI Discovery self-help group you not only bring good mental health to yourself, but you also Pay It Forward to those who may not be able to afford mental health services.
